AGP is prepared to webcast meetings live from any venue that has Internet connectivity or wireless systems. Upload bandwidth of a minimum of 256kbps is required; if the venue is without connectivity, AGP can provide wireless broadband in some locations at greatly compromised quality. Distribution of state agency meetings is currently through the CalEPA building’s infrastructure, using Windows Media servers. Any fees for venue connectivity are the responsibility of the contracting agency.
