AGP can provide, monitor,
and facilitate all the presentation systems used at a venue. AGP is
prepared to provide multiple data projectors and screens as requested.
If appropriate quality systems are available at the venue, AGP will
facilitate the use of those systems, and use them continuously by tying
multiple data sources to them. Sources should include:
1. A dedicated computer for PowerPoint and other computer based presentation
programs for electronic media. AGP will help facilitate presentations,
limiting the need to hook up personal laptops during the meeting.
A simple remote control will be provided for speakers to control the
flow of their presentations. The computer will be loaded with a suite
of standard programs, including but not limited to: a) Microsoft PowerPoint
of compatible equivalent; b) Microsoft Word or compatible equivalent;
c) Apple Quicktime; and d) Adobe Acrobat Reader and Shockwave/Flash
.
2. A digital document camera for paper documents and transparencies.
3. DVD/tape player
4. Playback of the end product video stream during the meeting. This
is very useful for the audience and board, as it allows for convenient
viewing of meeting process.
AGP is prepared to provide a 35mm slide projector with empty carousel
when requested.
