Personnel
AGP provides its services with three personnel present at all field meetings. At least one senior engineer is on hand to troubleshoot any difficulties, but all on-site personnel are cross trained in all aspects of the job. The jobs that must be performed generally break down as follows:1. Operation of the live-edit video system requires a full time dedicated operator.
2. Monitoring of audio and video signal levels, operation of web streaming equipment and recording systems and providing meeting content indexing support.
3. Meeting facilitation services, engineer, public/staff interface, presentation system operation and general backup for other crew members.
